It's because if any trace of an older driver or any of its associated files remains, they may create conflicts or errors for the newly installed driver. You can get actual help there from the makers of that mod & other users. And a better place for your rant would be the nexus forums & posts of those individual mods with which you're facing problems. Those issues were mostly reported in the v1.05-1.10 or the early versions of the game. Seriously? Learn to merge mods properly if you're saying the truth which i doubt. And that seems to be the case with lots of other people too who're using so many texture mods. My friend with 23 texture mods must've been playing a whole other game named witcher 3 because his roach isn't facing any problems too. Oh wow, i must be incredibly lucky that my roach still working properly. I personally run 55 script but about 8 - 10 textures is the current limit without merging. Texture mods are responsible for unspawning roach or infinite loading d.

Many here who've not applied even a single mod have faced it. My friend who is into modding much more than me has 57 mods, 23 of them being textures and graphics related.
